Day 1 : Arrival in Fez
Reception and transfer to the Imouzzer
Hotel.
Day 2 : Imouzzer- Aguelmam Azigza
Lake Wiwane / Aguelmam/ Ait Bou Mazzough
(1449m)
2hr 15mn walk and bivouac.
Day
3: Ait Bou Mazzough- Oum Erbia sources (1340m)
4hr walk through the villages of Ait
Ben Mimoun, Ait Chard
.and Jbel Khdoud.
Following the Oued Bou Ijji and gorges
to the sources. Bivouac.
Day 4: Sources- Oued Fellat valley-
Ait Nacer (1583m) , 7 hr walking
We leave the sources, going through the
villages of Ait ou Haddou, then we follow the path through the forest on
the north side of Jbel Khdoud . Through the villages of Ait Moussi, Ait
Mesoud Ou Ali, Ait Bouarif,
Most of the path winds through beautiful
field terraces.
Bivouac.
Day 5: Ait Nacer- Baqrit- Assaka nŽovam
(1896m). 5hr walk.
Beyond Ait Nacer, at Talat Lmsakin, the
Oued Fellat has sculpted impressive gorges with two falls at the entrance
(1624m).
On to the Assaka plateau through Baqrit.
Bivouac.
Day 6: Assaka- Ain Kahla forestry commission
house (2016m). 7hr walk
We follow the path over the Tizi nŽAfit
Pass (2121m) separating the Jbel Hayyan from the peak of the Jbel Al koubbat.
Then across the Enzer nŽOufounas plateau towards the Oued Admer nŽIzem
and the village of the same name. On up towards the Ain Tifratine forestry
commission house (1957m).
From there we follow the track crossing
Jbel Izdi nŽOuareg (2032m) and the Oued Aray.
Bivouac.
Day 7: Transfer Ain Kahla to Fez
Sightseeing in Fez and overnight at the
hotel.
Day 8: Goodbye
Transfer to the aiport and assistance
with formalities.
